The user journey has been optimized for Swiss BtoC and BtoB customers, allowing them to access multiple platforms with a single click. Customers can access the Selfcare platform, where they can manage their subscriptions, view validity dates and subscription status, modify their personal data, and request renewal of a specific title. They can also change the recipient of a subscription and benefit from many other features.
