Led the full redesign of the Magento 2 e-commerce platform. Managed UX projects end-to-end using Agile/Scrum, from discovery workshops and user journeys to wireframes and interactive prototypes. Implemented and optimized GA4, Google Ads, and Meta tracking, leveraging analytics and behavioral insights to continuously improve user experience and interface performance.
