We’ve optimized the customer journey for our customers, so that they can access our various platforms at the click of a button.
Customers can access to our Selfcare platform, where they can manage their subscriptions, view the validity dates and status of their subscriptions, change personal data and request a re-subscription for a particular title. They can change the recipient of a subscription and benefit from many other functions.

UX / Track clicks on all elements of a web page


Tracking clicks on all elements of a web page. We use Air360 software, which enables us to track the number of clicks made by users on all elements of a web page. Thanks to this tool, we can also see how many conversions the clicks on these elements have brought us. The aim is then to be able to place elements according to click rates.
